Leading with Presence

Embodied Leadership in Uncertain Times

A six-month leadership series for those navigating change with authenticity, awareness, and collective care.

Leadership today demands more than strategy.

It calls for presence.

In times of uncertainty, your ability to lead from grounded awareness and connection determines not only your team’s resilience, but your own capacity to sustain meaningful work.

Leading with Presence: Embodied Leadership in Uncertain Times is a six-month learning and practice series designed to support leaders in moving beyond reactive patterns and into cultivating steadiness, relational intelligence, and creative adaptability. All of which are the foundations of regenerative leadership.

This experience is intentionally designed for organizations and institutions ready to invest in the well-being and capacity of their leaders.

Combining cohort-based learning with individual mentorship coaching, participants develop the capacity to lead with clarity, alignment, and sustainable impact.

The Challenge: When Leadership Feels Like Overing

We’ve all seen it — the constant push to do more, perform better, respond faster.

This culture of overing leaves even the most capable leaders depleted and disconnected. The result is leadership driven by urgency rather than clarity, isolation rather than connection, and endurance rather than resilience.

We don’t need more productivity tools. We need presence — a way of leading that begins in the body and moves outward in connection.

This program invites you to slow down, listen inward, and rebuild your leadership practice from the inside out. And we do this together with other leaders in your organization because leading is already isolating enough.

The Invitation: Regenerative Leadership for Complex Times

Leading with Presence is a practice-based, research-supported series that helps leaders remember and reconnect to more holistic wisdom of what they already know about integrity, care, and connection.

When leaders learn to lead from presence rather than pressure, everyone benefits.

Regenerative leadership shifts how individuals and organizations relate to change. Leaders move from reactivity to grounded awareness, crafting cultures rooted in trust, adaptability, creativity, and care. This inner shift becomes a collective one as it shaping how teams communicate, collaborate, and sustain their energy over time.

The Results:

  • Leaders experience greater clarity, confidence, and calm in order to lead with grounded vision through the constant uncertainty of organizational and broader times.

  • Teams feel more connected, supported, and engaged as they benefit directly from leadership presence.

  • Organizations see stronger collaboration, less burnout, and more creative problem-solving that can flex with new demands without the overwhelm.

When presence becomes the foundation of leadership, resilience becomes part of the culture and that changes everything.

You’ll learn to lead from awareness rather than urgency — to notice, ground, and act from a place of alignment. You’ll build capacity for creativity, resilience, and relational trust through embodied and reflective practice.

Curriculum Overview

Each session weaves reflection, somatic awareness, and creative practice to build embodied leadership skills that sustain individuals and teams through complexity and change.

  • Grounding our shared purpose, setting the tone for relational learning, and orienting to presence as leadership practice.

  • The body as compass for integrity. Explore how sensation and awareness guide decisions and boundaries that align with your values.

  • Move from leading over to leading with. Practice co-regulation, feedback as care, and shared leadership models that build trust

  • Engage imagination and play as leadership tools. Re-story what leadership can look like beyond productivity and perfection.

  • Develop a grounded capacity for leading through change, grief, and disillusionment. Transform burnout into regenerative resilience.

  • Bring it all together through reflection, practice, and creative mapping. Anchor what it means to lead from presence, not performance.

The Experience & What You’ll Gain

By the end of this series, participants will:

  • Reconnect with their inner compass through embodied awareness

  • Build relational resilience and the capacity to hold complexity without burnout

  • Cultivate creativity as a regenerative leadership skill

  • Develop practices that support well-being for themselves and their teams

  • Leave with a renewed sense of clarity, alignment, and purpose

This work is about remembering that presence, trust, and connection are not skills to learn but practices to return to over and over, and especially through uncertain times.

Why the Cohort Model Matters

Leadership often happens in isolation, but creative growth happens together through deeper relationships.

This series is designed as a cohort experience because transformation happens more fully when we learn and practice together. In a time when many leaders feel disconnected or stretched thin, the cohort model creates space for shared reflection, honest conversation, and collective resilience.

Each session becomes both mirror and practice ground. As participants listen to others’ experiences, they begin to see their own patterns more clearly. As they experiment with presence and embodiment, they receive immediate feedback from a supportive community of peers. The group itself becomes part of the learning — modeling the trust, co-regulation, and creative dialogue that regenerative leadership depends on.

The cohort model also helps translate individual insight into organizational change. When multiple leaders or team members from the same institution move through this journey together, they develop a shared language, aligned practices, and deeper understanding of what it means to lead with presence.

For organizations, the cohort model builds internal coherence.

It fosters consistent leadership behaviors across departments, strengthens collaboration, and increases retention by creating a culture where leaders feel supported and connected. Instead of relying on one-off workshops or individual coaching, the cohort model sustains change through community practice, thus ensuring that new ways of leading take root and ripple outward through the organization.

Sample cohorts could be made up of:

  • Department chairs, directors, or executive leaders guiding teams through change

  • Managers of cross-functional groups navigating uncertainty

  • Leadership or learning development and HR professionals seeking deeper integration of well-being into leadership culture

  • CEO or executive directors building a more connected, adaptive, and compassionate organization

In community, learning integrates.

Leaders rebuild their own capacity while they strengthen the collective capacity of their teams and organizations to adapt, connect, and thrive.
